I combine management experience, systemic training, and a deep commitment to guide people in a way that respects their autonomy and dignity. My background includes both corporate leadership from top to bottom and non-profit work, which gives me a practical understanding of organizational dynamics and human complexity.
My knowledge and experience in systemic consulting and organizational development ground my work in proven frameworks, while my personal values – empathy, clarity, pragmatism – shape my demeanor in every conversation. I believe in people's ability to find their own answers when given the right support and necessary space.
Beyond my professional activities, I engage in community initiatives focused on connection and mutual support. This volunteer commitment grounds me and reminds me daily of what truly matters: genuine human connection and shared responsibility.
